Call goes straight to voice mail and same bullshit message "jenna davis agent number 3375" - I called back and asked to speak with her, the dude who answered the phone said "that's just our agency number to confirm we are a legitimate company" and I said "if you're legitimate why do you keep calling when I don't have any student loans"; and he doubles down "if you let me finish talking, I'll tell you" so I hung up.
