Phillip Graham. He called saying he had papers for me. I said no thank you and disconnected the call. He called me back and left a message stating ‘My name is Phillip Graham and I’m a licensed locator (?). This message is intended to inform you we’ll be delivering legal papers to you at 4pm today’. There was one company that came up when I googled the number (but showed up under a different number) as Midland Credit. They buy old debt and try to settle. That debt isn’t even on my credit report anymore but I don’t know if this is a scam on top of a scam or just a regular one.

Calls and leaves a weird automated vm message "041447 asked 456" then cuts off. Comes up as Spam on my end. Calls numerous times but never leaves a full message
